    This is a great blog article. The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) reports that 77% of home buyers in the United States had a home inspection before they purchased their home.But the advice to make sure you are there during the inspection process makes perfect sense.  Being present will also help the buyer know which items should be put back on the seller's shoulders and which the buyer will be able to handle.
