North Dallas is made up of many specific neighborhoods, giving each an individual sense of community. 

North Dallas is bordered by Northwest Highway or Loop 12 on the south, LBJ Freeway or Highway 635 on the north, Central Expressway or Highway 75 on the east and Midway Road on the west. Dallas real estate has seen great appreciation in this area.
