Welcome to the heart of the city of Dallas. Starting with our Downtown Business District and running north to the border of Highland Park, with Central Expressway on the east and Love Field Airport on the west.
Uptown, State Thomas, Oaklawn and Knox Park afford its residencts a vibrant urban lifestyle. The arts district is the crowning jewel to the downtown district. The Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Crow Collection of Asian Art, Meyerson Symphony Center, Winspear Opera House and the Wyly Theater
for the Performing Arts all attract hundreds of thousands of arts patrons to this area. At the northeast entrance to this area is the One Arts Plaza condominium and office tower, adding a new dimension to our Dallas skyline.
State Thomas contains a mixture of Victorian homes and newer condo/townhome communities adjacent to Uptown and in the shadow of the trendy ZaZa Hotel, Crescent Court Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel and Condo Building.
