At the northeast entrance to this area is the One Arts Plaza condominium and office tower, adding a new dimension to our Dallas skyline.
State Thomas contains a mixture of Victorian homes and newer condo/townhome communities adjacent to Uptown and in the shadow of the trendy ZaZa Hotel, Crescent Court Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel and Condo Building.
