Today’s party goer or buyer has so many invitations. In some areas of Dallas and in some price ranges, the buyer has a lot of inventory to choose from. You can be the best house, in the best location perfectly updated in pristine condition, but not priced competitively and no one will come to your party.
This housing market has proven to be the most difficult in a long time for homeowners & Realtors to get it right. No longer can you rely on location, location, location. Now location, condition and price all have to be in place. If one of the first two are missing the 3rd, price, has to be extremely good to attract buyers. Even when all three key elements are in place a quick sale is not guaranteed. The good news is you do not need hundreds of people through your house you only need the right one.
