17. Follow up on all showings and ask for feedback both by email and phone call.
18. A full listing report sent every two weeks with updates about showings, advertising efforts, and market statistics.
19. A full time marketing coordinator available to answer any question or take care of any item immediately.
20. A full time Realtor available 7 days a week to address any concerns you might have, show your home to prospective buyers, or answer calls, emails about your home.
