Carothers attributes the firm's success to its "commitment to develop a new breed of real estate company by successfully developing and empowering our associates to provide the highest level of knowledge and service to their clients." Carothers continues, "It is imperative that we keep our professionals ahead of this evolving market so they can guide their clients through the real estate process with their advanced market knowledge, mastery of technology and professionalism." Keller Williams Elite is investing in new training classes to catapult them to more success in 2010, she says.

Development of our consultants' mastery of market knowledge, professionalism and technology make us competent and relevant and ensures we meet our clients' needs and Keller Williams Elite's continued successes."
