This farm provides two ways for your family to choose the perfect tree. First, there are Choose & Cut trees that are grown on their farm with sizes that range from 4′ to 8′, where families will be provided with a saw before heading out into the Christmas tree fields to hunt for the size and type that is perfect for them. Secondly, there are pre-harvested trees that are brought in for greater variety.
Mainstay Farm (Cleburne)
Opens the Friday after Thanksgiving from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. // Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5:30 p.m. // Closes on December 11, 2016 or until sold out.
This farm provides families with the option of cutting down their own farm grown Christmas trees, or choosing from a selection of imported Christmas trees that were grown and shipped from the mountainsides of North Carolina.
Haynie Green Acres (Crowley)

This year, this farm does not provide the option for a choose and cut tree due to drought, however it does give the options for families to choose fir trees that came in various sizes and various colors. Colors available include white, red, purple, pink light teal, hunter green & blue. Custom colors of pink, burgundy, blue, dark purple, golden yellow and red available as well.
Elves Farm (Denison)

This 75-acre farm provides hundred of Fresh Cut Fraser Fir, Noble Fir, Grand Fir and Nordman Fir trees to choose from in their Christmas tree lot. They offer the option for families to choose & cut their own tree, as well as a line of pre cut Christmas tree in the lot.

Kadee Farm offers a choose & cut option of Virginia Pines to 15′, as well as a variety of imported fir trees. They also will have natural wreaths and garlands up for sale. They carry Virginia pines, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Grand Fir, and Noble Fir. Anyone seeking a tree bigger than 9′ must call the farm about specific pricing.
Radde Tannenbaum Farm (Meridian)

This farm offers hay rides on antique tractors so families can ride around and search and cut for their very own tree. They offer trees that are from 5 ft to 8 ft, as well as kid’s trees. They also offer “dig-your-own” living trees and North Carolina grown Fraser Firs for those who just want to choose a pre cut tree.

At the 4D farm, families can choose from several varieties and cut down their own special holiday tree. They provide everything from the saw to the tie down string. They even can cut down the tree for you so you don’t have to! Lone Star Pines has 5,000 Virginia pine and a limited number of Leyland Cypress Christmas Trees that are growing in their fields. They operate two hayride wagons pulled by tractors to take you back and forth to the fields to choose and cut your special tree. Assistance and handsaw is all provided, as well as shaking machines for loose needles and bailing machines that net your tree for travel at no cost.
McNew Star M Christmas Trees (Quinlan)

This farm offers guests Virginia Pines and Tall Fraser Firs. Guests can choose and cut trees in the fields, or select a freshly harvested fir tree displayed in a stand and water in the barn. They offer plenty of activities for families, such as games, sleigh rides, and hay rides through the farms.

Wintergreen Farm brings in fresh Noble and Fraser Fir trees from the northern states of Washington and North Carolina. Their pre-cut trees are delivered to the farm the week of Thanksgiving in a refrigerated semi-truck. Only trees five and a half foot and up are available for choose & cut.
